She has been a member of the California Bar and admitted to practice on the Federal level since 2001, a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California since 2009, and a certified Mediator. Born in Taipei, Taiwan, Ms. Liu finished up to 10th Grade at Taipei Municipal Zhong Shan Girls High School, Taiwan, a top three senior high school for girls. As such, Ms. Liu is fluent in Chinese and is sensitive to the cultural needs of her clients. At age 16, Ms. Liu moved to Los Angeles with her family. After studying for two years at El Camino College in Torrance, California, Ms. Liu transferred with high marks to University of California in Berkeley, California, in 1995. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from University of California in 1997.
